In Dortmund-Westerfilde, too, we are continuously developing our housing stock, taking into account the ideas and demands of our residents.

Our goals

In all our actions, one thing is most important to us: providing people with affordable housing. However, our service does not end with rental and management of our apartments. As a service provider, our Technical Service ensures that our apartments are always in top condition through continuous maintenance and modernization. Our Residential Environment Service also redesigns the open spaces around our properties, creating an attractive living environment. In Gerlachweg in Westerfilde, we supplement our services with a concierge service that provides residents with advice and assistance.

Our services

We offer an extensive portfolio of apartments, ranging from small apartments for singles and seniors to large apartments for families. Whether barrier-free, with a balcony, garden or a playground right outside the front door: We have something for everyone! In addition, we offer exciting cooperations with local project partners in Westerfilde - these include the Spiel- und SportMOBIL (play and sports mobile), which is available to the children of our tenants on Gerlachweg once a week, the PikoPark garden project, where you can garden along with us, and also our boules court, where neighbors can meet for a game or two.
